4YOUNG Association is a youth NGO, active since 2008. We have numerous projects in partnership with local municipality in Ploiesti City, 7 projects funded between 2010-2012 within the program "Youth in Action" and 1 project already organised in 2014 within the  new European Programme, Erasmus +.

The purpose of the Association 4YOUNG is promoting, on multiple levels, initiatives, actions and projects to stimulate, training and improving youth in areas such as civic culture and democracy, defending and promoting human rights and freedoms, the Romanian traditions etc, offering to young Resources required continuing education, promoting policies for the social integration and independent living.

4YOUNG Association activities are focused mainly on non-formal education, social integration actions disadvantaged groups supporting interethnic dialogue, inter-community and civil society and public institutions. Our members are aged between 15-35 years old.
